1/8/22 - Let's Buy Each Other's Pottery - Plants + Planters for Sale

Let's get something straight: I want your money.

I crave it.

But I've had this idea that I'd like to explore where not only do you purchase my pottery, but I acquire your old pots as well.

I'll explain. Perhaps there's a pot that's too big, a ceramic that's too extra, or some extra planters that just aren't getting any use.

You could, in theory, trade them to me for an amount we'll negotiate, likely near the midpoint of what the item in its current condition could sell for. With this amount, you could purchase new terracotta that's more your style, an interesting house plant you find in my plant shop, or grab some glazed planters for you and yours.

The choice is yours.

Pots range from $1 to $200+, but most are between $5 and $60. Plants are $10 to $45 primarily, with your odds and ends running more than that.

When you buy two or more items, I give discounts, or gift something pottery related one way or another.

If you'd like to make it to the shop one way or another, it's located in North Denver off Highway 36 and you can message me for the address:

@ahouseofpots

I'm only open with regularity on the weekends, Saturday and Sunday, from 1030 to 530, but can meet you midweek on appointment on occasion.

This tends to help with my wholesale customers.

If you make planters or garden related ceramics, I'd be interested in buying your pottery as well. In this scenario, I'm willing to buy both used and new pottery from the fine folks of Colorado, which explains why I also sell items from local artists as well.

Locals love my sweet deals, but some even love the things I give away for free, like:

Clay pots for tots, broken pottery, considerably cracked ceramics, terracotta shards, endless styrofoam and cardboard, occasional rescue plants & cuttings, dumping grounds for your really unappealing or damaged plant containers

I also have free pottery jargon. Last week's theme was a Foreigner song. Try to guess which one:
